 03 January 2005, 8:58 PM forget the application ♪: taking back sunday - your own disaster i had a really bad day. i didn't sleep last night, i hated being at school, i felt sick, adam was being a moron (and he cut his hair). sometimes... i just don't even want to look at him, and it has nothing to do with the really bad hair. my dad got home late and i had to make myself dinner. of course, i dropped it all over the floor. so not much dinner for me. then my three favorite websites proceeded to crash, one by one. at dance we had to do pilates (the most we've ever done in one class) in ballet, and then some really hard bar stuff, and then splits WITH ADDITIONAL STRETCHES. i cannot feel my lower back. and in jazz we did MORE pilates (even more than in ballet!), this huge aerobic workout because she was feeling adventurous, and then a layout (unless i heard her wrong), which is absolutely killer on (guess what?) your lower back. so... if i'm sore tomorrow, just don't mind me. i seriously cannot believe the giants won yesterday. STEELERS 15-0... that's, like, unheard of. i'm pissed that so many people jumped on the bandwagon, though. they seem to do that with all my favorite things... *sigh* xoxo 01 January 2005, 7:46 PM forget december ♪: death cab for cutie - the new year [heart] theme music. well, it's january. one of my least favorite months, but it's cool, cause i feel fresh and new and all that fun. i think the party last night went well. emma and maja are the cutest minis in the whole world. i did entertain MY people, though (who would be leah, teresa, julia, carolyn, and edith), haha. at 8 o'clock we were kidnapped to julia's for an hour (that was the longest i was allowed to stay because of 'helping out') and then we came back. edith, leah, and teresa stayed til midnight and we watched the ball drop on MTV. i was all excited and everyone was just kinda... "yeah, whatever." and it made me sad, but it's cool :P leah ended up sleeping over and we stayed up til 3 watching garden state, and only slept til 10:30. hoorah. today we went to my grandma's for dinner and we hung out and watched the football and i started reading about philosophy, which i love. *pushes up glasses* stay happy and cool and all that fun stuff... i hope the archives don't get screwed up... xoxo 31 December 2004, 1:05 PM like calendars dying at new years eve parties ♪: thursday - jet black new year wow. this is the last day in 2004 i'll be writing... that's kinda neat. haha. i have absolutely no more free time today after this. people are coming over starting at 5, and i have to make macaroni, set up the TV in the living room, and do some "running" for my mom. at least i'm already showered & ready, i cleaned my room (it smells like febreeze... YUM), and made signs for the places people aren't allowed to go ("DANGER: CLUTTER! DO NOT ENTER!"). hopefully this new year will be better than the last one. the last one was terrible. absolutely terrible. i have a feeling that 2005 is gonna be really great. but it's gonna be hard to top this one. (starting in june, anyway. my early year was terrible, looking back.) i could be cheesey and cliche and go through all my memories and stuff and give you my resolutions, but i won't. yesterday i went over to julia's and carolyn (did i spell that right? total guess.) was there (teresa came over later) and we goofed off with the karaoke machine... funstuff. :D okay. back to work. HAPPY BLOODY NEW YEAR. :D xoxo 29 December 2004, 10:40 PM im classic and late, im plastic and fake ♪: my chemical romance - i'm not okay (i promise) hm. i made a new layout, and i need to put a new one up, but for some reason i can't bring myself to do it. i decided that this one is my 2nd favorite ever... next to the decade one. yayness. anyhoo, today i went to spend my AE money. we got an additional 20% discount, so i still have $18 dollars left... sweet. i got jeans, cords, a t-shirt, a belt, and earrings. then i headed off to borders and got the first northstar cd and the first walkmen cd. i haven't listened to the walkmen yet, but northstar was purdy awesome (and right on the front it said, "'northstar is the greatest band ever.' -taking back sunday," lol). then i went to get my hair cut, and it's really short. just past shoulder length. but i <3 it. i forgot to mention that i got the oc on dvd for christmas :D and yesterday my mommy bought me GARDEN STATE. XD XD XD i watched all the special features and some of the commentary, but i haven't yet watched the whole thing through. i'm not sure when exactly i'm gonna do that, because over the next two days i have to help my mom get ready for the new years eve party, because my dad now has to work. but i AM excited. and stuff. lmao. goodbye. xoxo 27 December 2004, 9:24 PM its all about a war ♪: the used - all that i've got wooo! okay, i'm a bad girl for not updating. i'm sorry :/ how was everyone's christmas? i think this was one of my favorites ever... i got the TBS 'proudly swinging' hoodie, six books (w00t!), stocking stuffers (including FUN FUR yarn XD), chocolate graham crackers from the chocolate sparrow (all the way from cape cod!), and $110 worth of credit at american eagle... SWEET. the next day (boxing day... hahaha) we went down to my aunt's. on the way we passed at least 7 accidents... it was insane. and then people would stop and stare at them, because they're IDIOTS, and we'd get in huge traffic jams. so it took almost an hour extra, with the detour we took near the city to get around this HUGE jam. (i think it ended up turning into a 7-car pile-up or something. wow.) anyway, down there i got lots of clothes... and i think that was it. oh yeah, and 'true star' from my lovely aunt. woot. and then the steelers won. HELLLLFRICKINYEAH. i'm almost happy that roethlisberger got hurt, because they need to play maddox. yeah. ben gets too much credit. anyhoo, today i laid around all day, watched vh1, and read magazines. and then teresa called me to go see 'oceans 12'... it wasn't as good as the first one, but i love brad pitt <3, and it was HILARIOUS at some points. so yeah. haha. xoxo |
